Lars Rudolph

Lars Rudolph, born in Wittmund near Emden in 1966, completed an intensive acting programme at Theaterstudio 1992 e. V. in Berlin in 1994 and subsequently attended acting classes with Susan Batson, Mike Bernardin and Mel Churcher. In 1997, he received the Max Ophüls Award for Best Young Actor for his role in Jan Ralskes’ film Not a Love Song.

Alongside numerous film and television appearances, Lars Rudolph has performed in theatre productions at Schauspielhaus Zürich, Hebbel-Theater Berlin, Volksbühne Berlin and the Bad Hersfeld Festival.

Since the 2026/27 season, Lars Rudolph has been a member of the ensemble at the Maxim Gorki Theater.
