SarkisL’atelier d’aquarelle dans l’eau

As part of the exhibition FUGE, L’atelier d’aquarelle dans l’eau (Watercolour in Water, 2005–2006) creates a communal space and conceptual stage in the gallery, the former cloakroom foyer. Everyone is invited to take part in a ritual with watercolour and water.

At a large table equipped with a water channel, bowls, brushes and paints, participants come together to create images with water. Through this organic process, they share personal encounters and memories.

The artist thus draws attention to patience and attentiveness as fundamental aspects of learning with and through art, which can also contribute to collective and personal healing.

The workshops are facilitated by trained mediators and are free of charge. They take place from 4 September to 11 October, daily from 4 to 8 pm.
