Getting to the Gorki: The closest public transport stations are Am Kupfergraben (trams 12, M1), Staatsoper (buses 100, 300, N5), Museumsinsel metro station (U5, has a lift), Friedrichstraße train and metro station (S1, S2, S25, S26, S3, S5, S7, S9, U6, several regional trains, has lifts).  

The Maxim Gorki Theatre is accessible by ramp at the main entrance and the lift to the right of the entrance.

Canteen: No step-free access, there are three stairs from the foyer to the canteen. 

Terrace: No step-free access, there are three stairs to the terrace from both the canteen side and the garden side.

Garden: Accessible through the parking lot.
